Disfear es una banda sueca nacida de las cenizas de Anti-bofors. En octubre de 1992, grabaron su EP debut homónimo en Sunlight Studios bajo la dirección del famoso productor de Entombed, Tomas Skogsberg. Animados por la abrumadora respuesta, Disfear regresó a Sunlight y grabó el clásico “A Brutal Sight Of War”.

Con “DIS” en el nombre, queda muy claro de qué se trata esta banda: en “A Brutal Sight Of War” nos ofrecen nueve temas de hardcore crust d-beat al estilo Discharge, con voces agresivas y tóxicas, riffs disco y ritmos vertiginosos.

Disfear are from Sweden, born from the ashes of Anti-bofors. In October 1992 the band recorded their eponymous debut EP in Sunlight Studios under the guidance of famed Entombed-producer Tomas Skogsberg. Encouraged by the overwhelming response, Disfear went back to Sunlight and cut the classic “A Brutal Sight Of War”.
With a DIS in the name is very clear what these dudes are about: on “A Brutal Sight Of War” they deliver nine tracks of Discharge-ish d-beat crust hardcore with harsh toxic vocals, discore riffs and fast tempos.
