Kremlin Korps were a short lived Philadelphia band that played with a lot of hc/punk legends like: Scream, UK Subs, Toxic Reasons, Subhumans, Crucifix, Government Issue, TSOL, Agnostic Front, DRI, Corrosion Of Conformity, Jerry¥s Kids, Iron Cross,.,. and left us a 4 song 7″EP legacy.

At a time when female-fronted hardcore bands were nearly unheard of, Staceyís powerful vocals and dynamic stage presence set them apart. But it was the bandís nameóKremlin Korpsóthat really stirred the pot. With Cold War paranoia in full swing and Reaganís America in a flag-waving frenzy, the name alone was enough to get them labeled ìcommie pinko faggotsî by some regional critics. The band wore the insult like a badge of honor, doubling down with their 1984 EP Moscowís Revenge, a middle finger to the eraís chest-thumping nationalism.
